Previous versions of RoboHelp have all had a specific name, RoboHelp 2015, RoboHelp 2017 and RoboHelp 2019 in recent years.

Robohelp 2019 Tutorial

Adobe introduced a new user interface in Adobe RoboHelp 2019. From this version onward, it will be known only as Adobe RoboHelp.

Adobe RoboHelp 8 software is a professional authoring tool for developing standards-based help systems, eLearning content, knowledgebase, and policies and procedures. RoboHelp Training and Tutorials. Learn how to use RoboHelp, from beginner basics to advanced techniques, with online video tutorials taught by industry experts.

There will, of course, still be major releases and new features with updates in between but these will be identified by their version number rather than by their name. Going forward Adobe RoboHelp will be licensed on a subscription only model and the subscription will include all updates as they are released.

Upgrading from 2019 to 2020

Robohelp

If you are upgrading from Adobe RoboHelp 2019 New UI to 2020, before you start work note the Import Settings option on the Starter Page. It allows you to import your settings into 2020.

In my (previous) career as technical writer, I was an authority on Adobe RoboHelp. I have been an Adobe Community Professional for many years. This title is an acknowlegdement of my expertise by Adobe. My specialties in RoboHelp were scripting and HTML5. Due to career choices, I no longer keep up to date with Adobe RoboHelp and I do not offer training an consultancy at this time.
